V.G.R.Naragoni  (17july1956), also known as Naragoni is a writer, activist, philosopher, theologist, scholar, politician, editor and revolutionary leader from Andhra pradesh, India.

Naragoni born in Suraram Village, Nalagonda dist and did his schooling in Govt School, Suraram village and  Botuguda High School, Nalagonda.

After that he moved to Hyderabad for Higher studies. He studied Bachelors of Arts from Sardhar patella college, Secundrabad and Master of Arts in Economics ,Osmania University, M.Phil in 'Poverty line Case study of slum area Addagutta , Secundrabad'. and finally he finished LLB from Osmania University, Hyderbad.

సుందరయ్యవిజ్ఞానకేంద్రం,న్యూస్‌లైన్: స్వాతంత్య్రం వచ్చిన నాటినుంచి రాష్ట్రంలో బీసీలకు అన్యాయం జరుగుతూనే ఉందని ప్రముఖ సినీ హీరో సుమన్ అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. జనాభా ప్రాతిపదికన రిజర్వేషన్లు కల్పించాల్సిన ప్రభుత్వం నిర్లక్ష్యం చేస్తుండడం వల్లే ఉద్యమాలు చేయాల్సి వస్తుందని పేర్కొన్నారు. సమయం వచ్చినప్పుడు రాజకీయాల్లోకి వస్తానని తన మనసులో మాట వెల్లడించారు. బుధవారం సుందరయ్య విజ్ఞానకేంద్రంలో రాజ్యాధికార పార్టీ (ఆర్‌పీ) ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర స్థాయి ప్రతి నిధుల సభ జరిగింది. ముఖ్యఅతిథిగా పాల్గొన్న సుమన్ మాట్లాడుతూ బీసీలకు తన మద్దతు ఎప్పటికీ ఉంటుందంటూ.. పేద విద్యార్థులకు ఎంతో ఉపయుక్తమైన ఫీజురీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్ పథకానికి అడ్డంకులు సృష్టించడం బాధాకరమన్నారు. 

సభకు అధ్యక్షత వహించిన రాజ్యాధికార పార్టీ వ్యవస్థాపక అధ్యక్షుడు వీజీఆర్ నారగోని మాట్లాడుతూ పక్క రాష్ట్రాల్లో బీసీలు ముఖ్యమంత్రిలైతే..మనరాష్ట్రంలో రెండు సామాజికవర్గాలకు చెందిన వారే పరిపాలిస్తున్నారన్నారు. గతఎన్నికల్లో బీసీలకు వంద సీట్లు ఇస్తానన్న చంద్రబాబు చివరకు 53 సీట్లు ఇచ్చి మోసం చేశారని ఆరోపించారు. రాబోయే ఎన్నికల్లో కాంగ్రెస్, టీడీపీలు అధికారంలోకి రావని, హంగ్ ఏర్పడే అవకాశాలున్నాయని ఆయన జోస్యం చెప్పారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పార్టీ ప్రధానకార్యదర్శి పద్మానాగేశ్వర్‌రావు, కలంధర్, భాస్కర్, బీసీ ఐక్యసంఘాల సమితి నాయకుడు కాపర్తి మోహనకృష్ణ,వెంకటపద్మావతి తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు. అనంతరం కరపత్రాన్ని సుమన్ ఆవిష్కరించారు.

Rajyadikara party State Committee meeting was conducted on 28th sep2011 at Sundharayya Vidhyaniketan in Hyderabad. 

• More than 1000 delegates joined in  the meeting with chief guest Actor Suman. 

• Key features of the meeting is to develop alternative political force against Congress and TDP  in the forthcoming elections. MLA and MP seats will be distributed on the bases of population of all communities.

Political Life

Student Leader: He was a general secretary(union leader) in Sardhar Patel college after that he become joint security of SFI (student federation of india) in 1978 and as President of SFI in 1980.

Naragoni was in  communist Party Leader during1978-1986. 

During 1986-87 Pro reservation movement named Sama Sangrama Parishat- There was a increase in

reservation from 25% to 44% to BC's then OC 's opposed this increase in reservation. OC's started Nava sangarshana samithi then BC 's started Pror-reservation movement called Sama Sangrama Parishat. 

Bahujan Samaj party (BSP):

1988 in AP, Naragoni is one of major person to invite kanshi ram to AndhraPradesh with support of kanshi ram, Naragoni started Bahujan Samaj party (BSP) and tried to extend the party. Naragoni got inspired by Kanshiram and learned about Jyothirao Phule, Periar Ramaswamy, Ambedkar, Narayana guru. 

BSP was established on June 4th 1989 in AP, VGR is one of the main person in the establishment of the party in AP along with leaders Bojja Tarakram, Sudaryya Yaddav.  

VGR wrote book on this day- Bahujan party in AP released by Kanshiram. He wrote about Kanshiram life and BSP party analysis in North India, more than 10 thousand copies were sold in a month of release.

VGR elected as party state secretary, worked as BSP buliten editor. Activist party member in BSP until 2002. During 1994 elections huge meetings were conducted with more than 20k. Geethanjali wife of VGR contested from Secundrabad from BSP party.

Rajyadhikara Party

The Rajyadhikara Party is a new political party, comprising 94 castes of Backward Classes(BC), established in 2007 in Andhra Pradesh, India by V.G.R. Naragoni as its Founder-President.

The party aims in overall development of backward communities and weaker sections including Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Minorities by claiming political power in Andhra Pradesh of India. The party will be contesting the scheduled 2009 elections inAndhra Pradesh by giving tickets to every caste of 94 castes of Backward Classes proportionate to their strength in population.

Praja Rajyam Party

Chiranjeevi invited BC leader Naragoni to join in the party. Chiranjeevi got inspired by Naragoni principles and fight for Backward Classes and he decided to add Jyothirao phule photograph in their election campaign.  Naragoni fought allot to get more seats for BC's in Andhra pradesh assembly elections 2009, he has to quit the party because party didn't keep promise. After Naragoni's decision to quit PRP, party came under pressure decide to give 90 seats backward classes. 

Separation of Telangaana  movement and chidambaram announcements on December 9th and 23rd created split in Praja Rajyam party. Chiranjeevi decided to oppose telanagana movement and went on with United Andhra Slogan, PRP leaders from Telanagana including official spokesman Shravan, Naragoni and others raised slogans against Chiranjeevi outside the party office at Jubilee Hills, leading to a tense situation. The police did a mild lathicharge on them and arrested them.Then they met at Hotel Ashoka and declared that they were quitting the PRP and floating a separate Telangana Praja Rajyam Party. The first meeting of TPRP would be held on December 27 to chalk out a future programme.
